I hope your friends have also told you about the original Holiday House Tour (IN ITS 22ND YEAR!) in Washington! You haven't missed it and the best is yet to come! If you visit www.washington-preservation.org you will get all the details on the WASHINGTON WEIHNACHTEN (Christmas) events this coming Sunday, December 13th! You should start with the ChristkindleMarket at the historic Farmers Market where you will meet Father Christmas, enjoy German Beer from the International Tap Room, hot pretzels, sausages and cider and shop lots of wonderful vendors! That is free from Noon - 4pm when the Holiday House Tour starts! Tickets for the 22nd Annual Holiday House tour are on sale for $10 at the Market, Hillermans, the Art Center, and Homestead at Hickory View or at the door of the homes ($15 at the doors). There are so many historic and beautiful homes, I can't share them all! You should view them all on our website. Don't forget that the Washington Brass Band Concert is at 3pm at the City Auditorium, the Mid-Missouri Fine Arts is having a gallery show from 2-8 pm or you can buy a fully decorated Christmas tree at the silent auction at Homestead at Hickory View (with all proceeds going to preservation in Washington) which closes at 8 pm that night. ALL OF THIS IS PART OF THE HISTORIC WASHINGTON WEIHNACHTEN SPONSORED BY WASHINGTON-PRESERVATION.ORG
