Shiny Things

Because I travel alone, I’ve gotten into the habit of taking self-portraits on my small town Missouri adventures. Sometimes, I opt for the one-handed shot, and other times I take photos of my image in reflective surfaces.

The Richwoods, Missouri fire engine exploration day found me giddy with excitment, and goofily snapping self portraits in the chrome cover of an old, orange fire engine’s headlight.

Behold, small town girl being one heck of a small town dork…
