Last week I gave a mid-morning holler on twitter to see if anyone was interested in a spontaneous after-work tweet-up. My week wasn’t going great, and I wanted to surround myself with conversation and good company. At 5:30, twitter friends began trickling into Growler’s Pub on Lindbergh in Sunset Hills, Missouri (a suburb in South County St. [...] If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you might remember my “Race to the Rocker – I won!” recap. If you ask mountain bikers where the best trails are in the St. Louis area, nine of out ten of them will tell you to check out Castlewood State Park near Valley Park, just off of Interstate 44 and Highway 141.
