On Sunday afternoon, we attended our first food swap hosted by Pikes Peak Community Cupboard at Care and Share – a food bank for southern Colorado - in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dear U-Haul, I love music. I’m nervous, excited and sad to share with you the news that my years of blogging from rural Missouri have come to an end. On August 21st, I’ll be leaving my one-room cabin in rural Missouri to begin a new phase in my life and my career in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Last Wednesday, July 15th, I had the opportunity to participate in a food bloggers’ event with STLWineGirl, Angela Ortmann. The event, titled “Will Write for Wine”, was by invitation only, and I was flattered to be on the list. Angela’s classes are always informative, and I’ve enjoyed the classes and events I’ve attended. |
